Updated Schedule

The schedule has been updated. Click on 2022 Schedule in the menu portion of this site/blog.

You can disregard the one that I gave out previously.

All of the meets from 1/13 to 2/24 are set and should not change.  The Regional and State Meets could change some, I will update that information as soon as THSPA and THSWPA set those dates and times for sure.

Thanksgiving

I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving break with safe travels and good food.

I will open the weightroom Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (Nov 22-24 and 26) for volunatry workouts at 10am each day.

These are not mandatory workouts, but if you’re in town and want to get some extra workouts in please come.

Physicals

All powerlifting athletes must have a clear physcial on file with WOISD in order to workout and compete.  If you do not already have one, you can see either Coach Hodges or one of our Trainers; Coach Dyson and Mandy Bibb.  Workouts officially begin Monday November 29th.  Please make sure you are ready to start by then.
